Welcome to the Smithsonian Office of Planning, Design & Construction Architect-Engineer Information Center. Here you will find documents, design criteria, and other information that will assist you in developing and delivering professional design services to your Smithsonian client.
You may use this Information Center to find specific information but please remember that your COTR, who has been officially designated by the Contracting Officer as your primary point of contact, is the most important resource that you have. Any questions that cannot be answered within this Information Center should be directed to your COTR.
